  • Exploration of the Tributaries of Cauvery River for fish species diversity and detailed studies on Mahseer in Cauvery.
  • Network project on Ornamental fish breeding and Culture (NPOFBC)
  • Assessment of exotic fishes’ prevalence and their impacts on indigenous fish diversity
  • • National Surveillance Programme for Aquatic Animal Diseases (NSPAAD) – Phase II
  • On Farm Evaluation of Prioritized Fish Genetic Resources for Conservation Aquaculture. (Phase II). Subproject: CRP agrobiodiversity: Conservation aquaculture of endemic fish species from peninsular rivers through captive propagation and culture evaluation.
