  • Genome editing of Labeo rohita and Trichogaster chuna for enhancement of economic traits
  • Development of novel microsatellite markers for genetic and adaptive divergence in natural populations of selected fish species (April 2023 - March 2025)
  • Quantifying meta-structure matrices of biodiversity & ecosystem services for the assessment of fish genetic resources. (Sub Project 3: NEH Region)(April 2023- March 2025)
