Research Areas:Reproductive biology and fish breeding, Fish milt Cryopreservation, Conservation Aquaculture
Current Research Projects:

  • CRP on Agrobiodiversity: Evaluation of fish germplasm from Indo-Gangetic rivers for their captive breeding, domestication, and conservation aquaculture.
  • Fish milt cryopreservation for broodstock development and quality seed production.
  • Network project of ornamental fish breeding and culture.
  • Study of Reproductive phenology variation of Notopterus notopterus in wild and captive environment.
