Ganga Aquarium is one of the largest and finely architecture public Aquarium’s of India and is situated in the lush-green surrounding of the National Bureau of Fish Genetic Resources, Lucknow, U.P (India). It is a non-profit making unit dedicated to public in order to increase understanding of aquatic life and environment and built widespread awareness for conservation of aquatic genetic resources. The aquarium has been housed in a circular building having a central hub of ornately carved fountain pool, graced with marble carved fish mermaids and beautiful live ornamental fishes for the recreation.
